The Orange County Tourism Council (OCTC) is a non-profit agency representing a wide variety of local tourism-related organizations including accommodations; arts & culture venues; attractions; chamber of commerce’s; convention & visitor bureaus; retail & shopping centers; restaurants; transportation providers; and visitor services. The board is comprised of nearly 45 members with an annual budget exceeding $900,000 annually, not including promotional partner contributions. Its program of work includes advertising, collateral development, direct mail, media promotions, recognition programs, website development and operation of a California Welcome Center.
